  • For some of our events we may also ask you for payment details. These are processed via a third-party payment processor, Square, and we never have access to this information.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Contacting us via our online contact form
  • Registering for one of our events

We use the information you have provided us to provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have agreed to be contacted for such purposes. 

We may share this information with Round Table Great Britain & Ireland.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep the personal information you provide us for a period of 12 months. We will then dispose of your information by securely destroying it.

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
