Quiz and Curry Night

York Round Table invites you to our 8th Charity Quiz and Curry Night at Jaipur Spice in York.

Due to great success in previous years, we are holding our 8th Quiz and Curry night on Thursday 19th November. Grab your friends, families, colleagues and get yourself a team together. Test your knowledge and take part in our fun filled evening. Tickets are £22.50 per person which includes quiz entry and a meal. We recommend teams of between 4 and 6 people.

This year we will be raising money for Support Dogs.

About Support Dogs

Support Dogs is a national charity, based in Sheffield, that trains and provides specially trained assistance dogs for people affected by autism, epilepsy and physical disability. Every dog is trained to meet the needs of the person it is placed with, helping them live more safely and more independently.

The charity runs three programmes. Autism assistance dogs improve safety and social inclusion for autistic children and their families. Seizure alert dogs give people with epilepsy a reliable warning ahead of an oncoming seizure, so they have time to get themselves somewhere safe. Disability assistance dogs help with everyday tasks around the home, day and night.

Every one of these dogs is provided completely free of charge to the people who need them, and the charity relies entirely on donations and volunteers to make that possible.
